The culinary experience HorsePower Safaris provides can be described as “Almost Biblical”. Our breakfasts are worth waking up for. Our gourmet lunches are served in a restaurant that is never crowded, somewhere between sea level and seven thousand feet. Our evening meals are highlighted with fresh, local seafood and our breads, pastries and ice creams are made daily in our in house bakeries. The cuisine is heart healthy and irresistibly delicious. Special dietary needs will be easily accommodated. Fifty percent of our guests are female and families with children of all ages comprise a good part of our guest list. Corporate ventures and employee incentives have a new place to award their stars while fresh and salt water anglers and wilderness adventurers can combine a host of fabulous programs to complete their vacations.
